Our packages and pricing outlined below are specially structured for REALTORS® and homeowners and reflect our operational and production efficiencies for real estate listings. Additionally, we strongly encourage REALTORS® and homeowners to read and adhere to our Photo Shoot Preparation Guide in order to keep the cost of our service to a minimum and to achieve the best photographic results.
Package 1 Pricing (Professional Photography & Photo Tours): Starting at only $200, we will professionally photograph and publish a photo tour of your home or listing. Package includes up to 40 high resolution, print quality listing photos and a photo tour in video format published to YouTube. One year of hosting included.

Package includes up to 40 high resolution, print quality listing photos and up to 10 high quality virtual panoramic scenes (360º virtual tours). One year of hosting included.

In Connecticut: West Hartford, Farmington, Avon, Simsbury, Newington, Bloomfield, Hartford, Glastonbury, Rocky Hill, Wethersfield, Southington, Stamford, Greenwich, Central Connecticut, Farmington Valley, Hartford County, Fairfield County, Litchfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, Tolland County, Windham County, and New London County.
Throughout the United States: The entire U.S., including New York (and New York City), New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Our starting prices adjust based on square footage and location. Prices quoted do not reflect time overruns, which generally only occur due to REALTOR® and / or homeowner preparedness (see our Photo Shoot Preparation Guide below). A nominal overrun fee applies for on-location photo shoots taking more than the allotted time of 1 hour for homes 3,000 sq. ft. or less, and more than the allotted time of 2 hours for homes 3,001 sq. ft. or more. A fee of $50.00 - $100.00 applies to advise and assist with minor staging and decluttering of spaces for homes, luxury homes or estates. A travel & mileage fee applies and billed at an hourly rate of $45.00 plus $0.55/mile for properties located more than 15 minutes away from our base of operations in West Hartford, CT. Listing photo shoots in the Fairfield County market generally cost more due to the square footage and high-end features of homes in this area of the state. Door-to-door travel time is also a factor in pricing to Fairfield County. Photo editing requests such as HDR processing, virtual staging, photoshopping (cloning in light bulbs or cloning out unwanted objects or imperfections), etc. will be billed at an hourly rate of $65.00. Additional photos beyond what's included in our packages are $35.00/ea. Additional 360º virtual tours beyond what's included in our packages are $50.00/ea. Hosting for our Virtual Property Tours and Photo Tours is provided for the first year at no additional cost. Hosting for subsequent years will be billed at $7.95/mo. if paying for a full year in advance, or $9.95/mo. if paying month to month.
ATTENTION REALTORS® and Homeowners: Payment by check (or PayPal) due the day of the listing photo shoot. Please note that payment by PayPal is offered for your convenience. If you would like to cover PayPal’s transaction fee of 2.9% plus $0.30, you are welcome to do so by adding it to the invoice total.
TURNAROUND: Our turnaround time for Packages 1-2 is 24-72 hours after photo shoot. Our turnaround time for Package 3 is 12-24 hours.

For the best photographic results and the biggest impact; to attract a wider pool of potential buyers; and to keep the cost of our service to a minimum, homes must be photo ready (cleaned, decluttered, depersonalized, and prepped) prior to our arrival, specifically and most importantly the spaces that will be photographed. It's a fact that your first showing with prospective home buyers occurs online, and if the photographs portray a cluttered home, you'll lose these buyers before they even physically stepped foot inside your home. In addition to ensuring a clean and decluttered home prior to our arrival, ensure that kitchen counters and appliances are clean and free of clutter; kitchen trash cans and outdoor garbage containers are stored away; floors are swept and carpets are vacuumed; all beds are made; all clothing, towels, and linens are picked up from bedroom and bathroom floors; bathrooms are clean and toilet seats are down; all lights are turned on and all blown out light bulbs are replaced; and lastly, proper arrangements have been made for pets prior to our arrival so they don't disrupt the integrity and quality of the photo shoot. It's best to de-pet your home prior to our arrival by putting away pet toys and pet bowls. To keep the cost of our service to its lowest, we DO NOT move furniture or props in and out of scenes. It is the responsibility of the seller (REALTOR® and / or homeowner) to have the spaces staged for the photo shoot prior to our arrival. For an additional fee (see pricing details above), we will advise and assist with minor staging and decluttering of spaces upon request.
